• Defective/Damaged on Arrival (DOA): Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
• Quantity/Style Discrepancy: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with packing list and carton labels.
• Non-defect returns (subject to approval): Request within 14 days of delivery; restocking fees may apply.
Email Ssjy4008389199@163.com with your order number, item list, issue description, and evidence (photos/videos). We will review within 2–3 business days and, if approved, issue an RMA Number and return instructions. Do not ship goods back without an RMA number.
Returned goods are inspected upon receipt. If confirmed as our responsibility, we will (at our discretion): repair, replace, remake, or refund the affected items. For partial issues, resolutions apply only to the defective portion.
Up to 15% of the product value may be charged to cover inspection, repacking, and inventory handling. Opened inner polybags or missing accessories may incur additional costs.
Items must be returned in original condition with hangtags, labels, polybags, and cartons intact. Please pack securely to avoid transit damage; we may decline returns damaged by improper packing.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit within 7–10 business days after inspection. Bank/wire processing times may vary by institution.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees paid to customs or carriers are non-refundable. For DDP shipments handled by us, resolutions follow the carrier/insurer’s investigation results.
Apparel manufacturing allows reasonable tolerances: color variance within standard dye-lot tolerance and measurement tolerance as per the agreed size spec/measurement chart. Claims outside tolerance will be handled per Section 4.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
