3) Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and method. Free-shipping promotions (if any) are shown on the product/cart page.
4) Order Tracking

5) Pre-order & Stock
Pre-order items display estimated dispatch dates on product pages. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
6) Address Changes
We can update your address before dispatch. After handover to the carrier, rerouting is not guaranteed and may incur fees.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees. Unless otherwise stated, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
8) Failed Delivery
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal, we can reship at buyer’s cost. Shipping fees already used are non-refundable.
9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
Please check parcels upon receipt. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos and shipping label. We will investigate and arrange replacement or refund.
10) PO Boxes & Remote Areas
Some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Remote area surcharges may apply. We will notify you if applicable.
11) Split Shipments
Orders may be split into multiple parcels to speed up delivery. Separate tracking numbers will be provided.
12) Holiday & Peak-Season Delays
During public holidays or sales (e.g., Black Friday), processing and delivery may be extended. Please order early if time-sensitive.
