2) Orders & Acceptance
• Orders must be confirmed in writing (email, purchase order, or signed contract).
• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inaccurate information, misuse, or force majeure.
3) Pricing & Payment

Payments must be made via agreed methods (bank transfer, PayPal, L/C, etc.).
Production will only start after payment confirmation or deposit receipt.
Buyer is responsible for all bank charges, duties, and applicable taxes.
4) Production & Lead Time

Estimated timelines will be provided but may be subject to change due to raw material delays, holidays, or external factors.
5) Quality & Tolerance
• Size tolerance: ±2–3 cm is considered acceptable within industry standards.
• Color variance: Minor shade differences due to dye lots are acceptable.
• We perform strict QC inspections, but final approval rests with the buyer before shipment.
6) Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) will be agreed per order.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or force majeure.
• Risk of loss transfers once goods are handed over to the carrier (unless DDP).
7) Returns & Claims
• Claims for damaged, missing, or defective items must be filed within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.
• Customized/OEM goods are generally non-returnable, except for confirmed quality issues.
• Approved claims may be settled by replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
8) Intellectual Property
• Logos, trademarks, and designs provided by the client remain their property.
• We will not reproduce or share your designs with third parties without authorization.
• Our website content, photos, and designs may not be used without permission.
9) Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any technical, pricing, or business information shared during cooperation, unless disclosure is required by law.
10) Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
11) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, failing which, they will be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts in China.
12) Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.
